FAQs
What material is the frame made of?

How large is each mirror?
Each mirror measures 30 x 30 x 2 centimetres (height x width x depth).
Can these mirrors be hung in a bathroom?
While they can be hung in a bathroom, it is recommended to ensure the area has adequate ventilation to prevent moisture damage to the frame and backing over time. Avoid direct prolonged exposure to steam.
Does the set include mounting hardware?
No, the set does not include mounting hardware. You will need to select appropriate hardware based on your wall type and the weight of the mirrors.
Can I arrange the mirrors in different patterns?
Yes, the set of three identical mirrors allows for various symmetrical or creative configurations to suit your space and aesthetic preferences.
Is the gold finish prone to chipping?
The metallic gold finish is designed for durability, but like any coated surface, it can be susceptible to chipping if subjected to hard impacts. Handle with care during installation and use.
Are there other colors available in this design?
Yes, this mirror design is also available in a Silver colour family.
Troubleshooting
Mirror not hanging straight
Adjust the mounting hardware on the wall or the hanging point on the mirror frame to ensure it is level.
Surface appears smudged or dirty
Clean gently with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. Use a glass cleaner specifically for mirrors if needed, applying it to the cloth, not directly onto the mirror.
Frame feels loose
Check the attachment points of the frame to the mirror. If it appears to be a manufacturing defect, contact customer support. Ensure no undue pressure is applied to the frame during installation or cleaning.
Mirror arrived damaged
Do not attempt to install. Contact the retailer or manufacturer immediately with photographic evidence of the damage for a replacement or refund.
