Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before beginning installation, ensure your wall material can support the weight of the mount and your hardware. You will need a level, a drill, and the appropriate wall fasteners for your specific surface type (e.g., brick, concrete, or wood studs).
- Verify VESA: Check the back of your monitor for 75x75mm or 100x100mm screw holes.
- Secure Mounting: Use the provided hardware to attach the wall plate firmly to a load-bearing surface.
- Arm Attachment: Slide the gas spring arm onto the mount and verify that it moves freely without resistance.
- Calibration: Adjust the gas spring tension screw to match the weight of your specific monitor to prevent it from drifting.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect the wall screws for tightness and wipe the arm with a dry microfiber cloth to keep it free of dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the silver finish.
