FAQs

How do I clean my Air Max DN Roam?

Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the upper. Avoid using harsh chemicals or machine washing.

Are the Air Max DN Roam waterproof?

The shoes are water-repellent thanks to the shroud, but are not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

What kind of socks should I wear?

You can wear any type of socks that fit comfortably. Consider the weather and activity when choosing socks.

What is the Dynamic Air unit?

It is a system that includes two sets of dual-pressure tubes, with the firmest pressure in the heel and the softest towards the midfoot. This allows air levels to shift for a smooth transition with each step.

What is the warranty on these shoes?

Nike products generally have a warranty against manufacturing defects. Check the Nike website or your purchase receipt for specific warranty details.

Can I run in these shoes?

While the Air Max DN Roam is designed for comfort and support, they are primarily intended for casual wear and walking. For running, consider shoes specifically designed for running.

Troubleshooting

Shoes feel too tight.

Ensure you have the correct size. Consider loosening the laces or wearing thinner socks.

Water is entering the shoe.

Check that the water-repellent shroud is properly zipped up. The shoe is water-repellent but not fully waterproof; avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
