FAQs
Does the Macy sofa require any assembly?
No, the sofa arrives fully assembled and is ready for use immediately upon unboxing.
What type of internal support does the sofa have?
The sofa uses a combination of high-density foam over pocket springs to provide support and durability.
Is this sofa suitable for small apartments?
The Macy is a large 3-seater sofa; we recommend measuring your available floor space carefully to ensure it fits comfortably within your room.
How do I maintain the shape of the cushions?
The foam over pocket spring construction is designed to resist sagging; periodic rotation or light smoothing of the cushions will help them maintain their aesthetic shape.
What should I do if I spill something on the fabric?
Blot the spill immediately with a clean, dry, white absorbent cloth. Avoid rubbing the fabric as this can damage the fibers.
Troubleshooting
Visible dust or debris accumulation on panel detailing
Use an upholstery attachment on your vacuum cleaner on low suction to gently clean the crevices.
Minor fabric impressions from packaging
Lightly steam the area from a safe distance or allow the fabric to settle naturally in a climate-controlled room for 24-48 hours.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because the Macy sofa arrives fully assembled, ensure your delivery path—including narrow hallways, doorway widths, and stairwell corners—can accommodate the sofa's dimensions before arrival. When placing the sofa, use felt pads under the feet to prevent scratching on hardwood or laminate flooring. For care, vacuum the upholstery regularly to remove dust and debris that can cause fabric wear. To maintain the appearance of the panels, gently brush the fabric in the direction of the weave. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth rather than rubbing, which can push liquids deeper into the upholstery fibers.
