FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the bag?
The dimensions are 56cm x 32cm x 28cm.
Is the carryall waterproof?
The material is hardwearing and water-resistant, making it suitable for standard fishing conditions, but it is not fully submersible.
Does it include a shoulder strap?
Yes, it features a comfortable padded shoulder strap in addition to standard carry handles.
Can this hold a large seat box side tray?
Depending on the size of your side tray, it may not fit inside the main compartment; this bag is designed primarily for tackle boxes and bait.
How do I best clean the interior?
Shake out any loose debris and wipe the internal lining with a damp cloth; leave it unzipped in a dry place to air out completely.
Troubleshooting
Zip becomes stiff or difficult to close
Check the track for debris or fabric caught in the teeth, then wipe clean and apply a silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
Bag exterior is covered in dried mud or groundbait
Use a soft brush to remove loose debris, followed by a damp cloth with mild soapy water; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Lightweight and compact design perfect for mobile fishing
- Durable construction with reinforced high-stress areas
- Excellent organizational layout with internal and external pockets
- Comfortable carrying options via padded straps and handles
Cons
- Limited capacity for anglers carrying large quantities of gear
- Not suitable for extended multi-day fishing trips
- Smaller footprint may not fit larger tackle boxes comfortably
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize the life of your carryall, avoid overstuffing the main compartment, as this can put unnecessary pressure on the zips. When packing, place heavier, rigid items like tackle boxes at the bottom and softer items like clothing or bait tubs on top.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe down the outer material with a damp cloth after use to remove mud or bait residue.
- Ensure the zips are kept free of debris and grit to maintain smooth operation.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
- If the bag becomes soaked in heavy rain, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area before storage.
