The Dog Days Animal Print Placemat by Ulster Weavers is an ideal choice for pet lovers and art enthusiasts looking to add personality to their dining table without sacrificing utility. Featuring whimsical sketches of scruffy pooches by Quentin Blake, these placemats offer a durable surface that protects tables from heat and spills; however, users should note they require hand-wiping and cannot be soaked in water, making them unsuitable for dishwasher use.

These mats are designed for standard dinner plates. While they offer some heat protection, they are not intended as heavy-duty trivets for pots taken straight from a stove.
Yes, they are durable and easy to clean, but supervision is recommended to ensure food spills are wiped up promptly to protect the wood core.
The MDF base provides a stable grip, but if your table is very smooth, you may consider a thin silicone grip mat underneath if movement is an issue.
This set includes four placemats, suitable for a small table setting.
The placemats are crafted from durable MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with a printed design and a protective matte lacquer coating.
Ensure you have removed all cleaning residue with a dry microfiber cloth immediately after wiping with a damp one.
While the lacquer is durable, avoid sliding heavy ceramic dishes across the surface. Once scratched, the matte finish cannot be easily restored.
Setup is straightforward: simply place the mats on your table surface with the printed side facing upward. These mats are compatible with most standard dining table materials, including wood, glass, and laminate.
