Troubleshooting

iPhone won't turn on or respond.

Ensure the device has sufficient charge. Connect it to the included wall charging plug and cable for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't respond, try a force restart: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button, then press and quickly release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

Poor photo quality or Night Mode not activating.

Ensure camera lenses are clean; wipe gently with a microfiber cloth. Check lighting conditions; Night Mode automatically activates in low-light environments. Make sure your hands are steady while taking the photo in Night Mode to avoid blur.

Apps are crashing or the phone is running slow.

Close unnecessary background apps by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tapping the Home button if applicable) and swiping apps away. Free up storage space by deleting unused apps or large files. Ensure your iOS is updated to the latest version. If problems persist, a factory reset (after backing up your data) might be necessary.

Face ID is not working correctly.

Ensure your face is clearly visible to the TrueDepth camera and there's nothing obstructing it (e.g., a case). Check that your Face ID settings are correctly configured under Settings > Face ID & Passcode. Try resetting Face ID and setting it up again if issues continue.

Battery drains quickly.

Go to Settings > Battery to see which apps are consuming the most power. Reduce screen brightness, disable Background App Refresh for non-essential apps, and turn off location services for apps that don't need it. Keep your iPhone software updated, as updates often include battery optimizations.
