Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Unroll the rug carefully in its desired location. Allow it to lie flat for several hours to settle. For best results, especially on hard floors, consider using a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping and add a layer of comfort.
Compatibility: This rug is suitable for most indoor and outdoor living spaces. It is compatible with underfloor heating systems. Ensure the floor surface underneath is clean and dry before placing the rug.
Care:
- Regular Cleaning: Vacuum regularly using a standard vacuum cleaner. Avoid using a vacuum with a rotating brush, as this can damage the fibers; opt for suction-only settings.
- Spot Cleaning: For spills, blot the affected area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Use a mild detergent mixed with water for tougher stains, working from the outside of the stain inwards. Rinse with a damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.
- Outdoor Use: While durable, it is recommended to bring the rug indoors during extreme weather conditions or prolonged periods of heavy rain to prolong its life.
