Ideal Standard Tesi Toilet Seat - Slim Soft Close, White Silk - T3527V1

The soft-close mechanism prevents the toilet seat and lid from slamming shut. This reduces noise, prevents potential damage to the toilet bowl and seat, and enhances safety, especially in households with children.

The 'White Silk' finish refers to a smooth, matte white appearance that offers a sophisticated and clean look, distinct from a high-gloss finish.

The Ideal Standard Tesi toilet seat is designed for most standard D-shaped toilet bowls. It is advisable to compare its dimensions with your current toilet bowl to ensure a proper fit.

Installation typically involves aligning the hinges with the bolt holes on your toilet, inserting the bolts from above or below depending on the design, and securing them tightly with the provided nuts and washers. Always refer to the included installation manual for precise steps.

For hygiene and to maintain the finish, it is recommended to clean the toilet seat regularly, ideally daily or every few days, using a soft, damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaners.

The product weighs approximately 5.84 pounds.

Yes, Ideal Standard offers the Tesi toilet seat in other colors, such as Black Silk (MPN: T3527V3), and variations in white without the silk finish (MPN: T352801, T352701).

Ensure the hinges are correctly installed and aligned. Check if there is any obstruction preventing the slow-closing mechanism from functioning. Sometimes, re-tightening the hinge screws can resolve this.

Verify that all mounting bolts are securely tightened. Ensure the seat is properly seated on the toilet bowl before final tightening. Check that the correct mounting hardware is being used.

Utilize the soft-close feature to lift the seat fully. Use a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution. For a deeper clean, some soft-close seats allow for easy removal of the seat via a quick-release mechanism on the hinges; check your specific model's instructions if available.
