The Under Armour Ascend AL Trainers are designed for young male athletes seeking comfortable and durable footwear for training and everyday activities. They offer ease of use with stretch bungee laces and a plush sockliner, providing a secure fit and soft step-in comfort. A key benefit is the one-piece EVA midsole that supports cushioned landings and energetic takeoffs. However, the stretch laces may not offer the same level of adjustability as traditional laces for a perfectly customized fit.

The Ascend AL trainers are designed for general training and everyday wear. While they offer cushioning and responsiveness, they may not provide the advanced features or support required for competitive or long-distance running.
You can clean the mesh upper by gently wiping it with a damp cloth. For tougher spots, use a mild soap solution on the cloth and then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Always air dry.
The main advantage is ease of use. They allow children to easily slip the shoes on and off without needing to tie laces, promoting independence.
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Machine washing can damage the materials, adhesives, and structural integrity of the shoe. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth is the preferred method.
The midfoot overlays are added to enhance durability and provide extra support in the central part of the shoe, which is often subjected to significant stress during activity.
The one-piece EVA midsole is designed to provide a combination of cushioning for impact absorption during landings and a degree of responsiveness for energetic takeoffs.
This product guide focuses on the specific Black / White colorway. Please refer to retailer listings for information on other available color options.
While the stretch laces offer ease of use, adjustability is limited. Ensure the correct UK size is selected. For minor tightness, break-in may help; for significant looseness, consider an alternative lacing method if feasible or a different shoe model.
Clean the outsole with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Ensure all dirt and debris are removed to restore optimal traction.
Gently wipe the mesh with a damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a very mild soap solution on the cloth, then wipe with a clean damp cloth. Allow to air dry.
Setup: These trainers require no specific setup beyond wearing them. Ensure the correct size is selected for optimal fit and comfort.
Compatibility: The Under Armour Ascend AL Trainers are suitable for a range of activities including, but not limited to, casual wear, school, light training, and everyday play. They are designed for the specified children's foot size.
Care: To clean the trainers, use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris from the upper and outsole. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, as this can damage the materials. Allow the shoes to air dry completely away from direct heat sources. Ensure the interior is also aired out to prevent odors.
