Troubleshooting
Chair wobbles after assembly
Ensure all screws attaching the legs to the seat are fully tightened. Check that the chair is on a level surface. If wobbling persists, slightly loosen all leg screws, place the chair on a level surface, and then retighten them evenly.
Velvet fabric appears matted or has marks
Gently brush the velvet with a soft upholstery brush in the direction of the pile. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and blot carefully. Avoid rubbing vigorously.
Scratch marks appearing on the floor
Verify that the rubber pads on the end of each leg are present and intact. If damaged, contact customer support for replacements. Ensure no debris is trapped under the leg pads.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Assembly is required. Typically, this involves attaching the legs to the seat base using the provided hardware. Ensure all screws are tightened securely before use.
Compatibility: The chairs are designed to be compatible with most standard dining tables due to their dimensions (H:90.5 x W:42.0 x D:45.0 cm). The neutral grey colour family and matte black legs make them versatile for various interior design schemes.
Care: The velvet fabric should be cleaned using a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric. For spills, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. The metal legs can be wiped down with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly.
