Setup, Compatibility & Care
When unrolling your rug, allow it to settle for 24-48 hours to remove any creases from transit. If the edges do not lie flat immediately, you can gently reverse-roll the rug or place heavy, flat objects on the corners. The Piper rug is fully compatible with underfloor heating, as its materials are heat-resistant and will not degrade under standard thermal cycles. For ongoing care, vacuum regularly using a suction-only setting to protect the loop pile center. Avoid using beater-bar vacuum heads, as they may snag or fray the hand-tufted fibers. If a spill occurs, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub, as this can force the liquid deeper into the tufts.
