Troubleshooting

My senior cat is not eating the food.

Ensure the food is served at room temperature to enhance aroma and palatability. Offer a smaller portion initially. If your cat typically prefers a specific flavor, observe if they eat other pouches in the mixed selection. Consult your veterinarian if appetite loss persists, as it can indicate an underlying health issue.

My cat has an upset stomach after starting this food.

If this is a new food for your cat, introduce it gradually over 7-10 days by mixing increasing amounts with their old food. Sudden dietary changes can sometimes cause digestive upset. If symptoms continue, seek veterinary advice.

The pouches seem difficult to open.

Tear firmly at the designated notch. If you encounter difficulty, a clean pair of scissors can be used to open the pouch safely without spilling the contents.
