Unopened pouches should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, any uneaten food should be covered, refrigerated, and used within 24 hours.

Cats often have a better sense of smell and taste when food is at room temperature, as colder food can have a diminished aroma and less appealing texture. Serving at room temperature can make the meal more enticing for your cat.

Ensure the food is served at room temperature. Cats can be particular about food temperature. If your cat is new to wet food or this brand, try mixing a small amount with their current food and gradually increase the proportion. If the issue persists, consult a vet to rule out underlying health problems.

If this is a new food, introduce it gradually over 7-10 days by mixing small amounts with your cat's old food. Ensure your cat has access to fresh water. If symptoms are severe or persist, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian immediately.

The pouches are designed for easy tearing. Try tearing from the designated notch. If tearing is difficult, use clean scissors to cut the top off carefully.
