Troubleshooting

Table or chairs are wobbly after assembly.

Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened. Check that the legs are evenly placed and that the table and chairs are on a level surface.

Velvet upholstery appears matted or crushed.

Gently brush the velvet with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the pile. Regular vacuuming can also help lift the fibers.

Difficulty in assembling a component.

Review the included assembly instructions carefully. Ensure you are using the correct parts and hardware for each step. Contact customer support if you are still experiencing issues.

Concrete-effect surface has minor marks.

Attempt to wipe gently with a damp cloth. For more persistent marks, use a very mild, non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for surfaces and test in an inconspicuous area first.
