The Trespass Shayla Padded Jacket is designed for adult women who enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and walking in variable weather conditions. It offers a crucial balance of lightweight warmth and protection against rain and wind, making it an excellent layering piece for autumn and winter excursions. While it provides a reliable 2000mm waterproof rating and windproof shielding, it is best suited for light-to-moderate showers rather than heavy, sustained storms.

Please check the specific model specifications, but most versions of the Shayla jacket feature an integrated hood design.
It is designed for light moisture and cold winds. In heavy snow, the 2000mm waterproof rating may eventually become saturated.
Use a gentle cycle with a mild, non-biological detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can clog the technical fibers.
The jacket generally follows standard sizing, but if you plan on wearing thick sweaters underneath, you may prefer a size up.
The shell and insulation are made from high-quality, durable polyester.
The jacket includes functional pocketing; refer to the specific garment tags for exact pocket locations.
The DWR coating may have worn off; apply a garment-safe water-repellent treatment spray to the exterior.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth and consider using a silicone-based zipper lubricant if the issue persists.
The internal moisture is likely condensation from body heat; utilize the two-way zipper to open the bottom for better airflow.
Because this is a technical apparel item, maintenance is key to long-term performance. Always check the internal care label for specific washing instructions, typically recommending a gentle machine wash at low temperatures. Avoid using heavy detergents that can strip the water-repellent coating. After several uses, if you notice water no longer beads off the surface, you may need to apply a specialized DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray to restore the shell's performance. Store the jacket hanging in a cool, dry place to prevent the insulation from becoming compressed over time.
