Precision EDM ground high-quality industrial polycrystalline diamond cutting tips. Features Flat tooth with chamfer (Triple Chip Grind) tips for a cleaner cut. Laser cut hardened body for durability. Offers longer life, faster cleaner cuts with less dust, and up to 60 times longer life compared to TCT blades. Ideal for Hardie-Board cladding, Aqua board, Minerit, Eternit, and MDF. Suitable for portable, bench, and mitre saw use. Specifications: Diameter 190 mm, Bore 30 mm, Kerf 2.4 mm, Plate thickness 1.6 mm, Number of Teeth 6, Tooth form TCG, Hook 12 degrees, Max rpm 7000. Recommended blade projection should not exceed 1mm out of the bottom of the substrate.
