Troubleshooting

Boots feel tight or uncomfortable.

Ensure you have the correct size. Consider wearing thinner socks or using a shoe stretcher to expand the boots slightly. If the issue persists, the C+ fitting might not be suitable for your foot shape.

Suede is stained.

Use a suede cleaner and a soft brush to gently remove the stain. Follow up with a suede protector spray.

Zipper is sticking.

Apply a zipper lubricant or a bar of soap to the zipper to help it move smoothly.

Heel is unstable.

If the heel is damaged, take the boots to a shoe repair shop for professional repair.
