Trespass Kinley Rain Jacket and Trousers Set - Blue - 7-8

Yes, it is recommended to use a delicate cycle with a non-biological detergent to preserve the waterproof coating.

It means the fabric can withstand the pressure of a 5000mm column of water over a 24-hour period without leaking, making it suitable for heavy rain.

No, the Kinley set features a 'grown-on' hood, meaning it is permanently attached to the jacket for consistent protection.

While it is waterproof, it lacks the heavy insulation and snow-specific features like snow skirts required for skiing; it is better suited for rainy hiking and general outdoor play.

The set does not include a specific storage bag, but it is lightweight and can be easily rolled or folded into a standard school backpack.

The set is sized by age; if you plan on layering thicker clothes underneath, you may consider sizing up for more comfort.

The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating may have worn off; wash with a specialized technical cleaner and re-apply a DWR spray.

The elastic waist is designed for a secure fit; try putting the trousers on before the boots or use a wider stance to pull them up easily.

This is often caused by condensation from internal body heat rather than leaking; ensure the child is not overdressed underneath.
