The Ninja SLUSHi Twist is designed for home entertainers and beverage enthusiasts who want to create professional-quality frozen drinks, cocktails, or mocktails without the need for ice. By utilizing dual 1,420ml vessels, this machine allows you to prepare two distinct flavors simultaneously, ensuring consistent textures and full-bodied flavors through its advanced sensing technology. A key caveat for users is the requirement to include sugar or sugar alternatives in your mixtures, as the machine relies on these ingredients to achieve the correct freezing point and slush consistency.

No, the Ninja SLUSHi Twist is designed to freeze liquids without ice, preventing the dilution of your drink flavors.
Yes, you can use sugar alternatives, but they must be compatible with the machine's freezing requirements. The device will alert you if the sugar content is insufficient.
The machine is capable of processing mixtures with up to 20% alcohol by volume.
The machine features an integrated rinse cycle for quick maintenance. For deeper cleaning, follow the manual instructions for removing the vessels and spouts.
The dual vessels have a total capacity of 2.84L, yielding approximately 10 servings of 260ml each.
Check your recipe ratio. The machine requires sugar or sugar alternatives to reach the proper freezing point; add more sugar and stir well.
Adjust the manual temperature settings to a colder level or ensure the ingredients were pre-chilled before being added to the vessel.
Ensure the vessels are correctly seated and check for any clogs in the spout area; run the rinse cycle to clear debris.
Place the unit on a flat, stable surface with at least 15cm of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation. Before first use, run the internal cleaning cycle with fresh water. To maintain the machine, utilize the built-in Rinse Cycle after every session to prevent residue buildup. The removable drip tray should be emptied and wiped clean regularly. When preparing drinks, always verify that your recipe includes sufficient sugar content, as the machine will alert you via the LED screen if the mixture is unsuitable for the slushing process. Never attempt to freeze pure water or non-sweetened liquids, as this can damage the internal mechanisms.
