Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Remove the existing insoles from your shoes. Some shoes may have removable insoles that can be easily pulled out.
- Place the Scholl Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief Insoles into your shoes, ensuring they sit flat against the bottom of the shoe. The heel of the insole should align with the heel of your shoe.
- If the insoles are too long, you may carefully trim the toe area with sharp scissors following the size guide lines, though these insoles are designed to fit most standard sizes. Start by trimming less, then check the fit and trim more if needed. `Info needed: Specific trimming guidelines/markings.`
Compatibility
These insoles are designed for adults and are compatible with a broad range of footwear. They fit most shoe sizes and shoe types, including:
- Athletic shoes
- Casual footwear
- Work boots
Care
To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your insoles:
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the insoles with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak them in water or machine wash them.
- Drying: Allow them to air dry completely before placing them back into shoes. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can damage the materials.
- Durability: Made with durable and breathable materials, these insoles are built to withstand daily wear and tear. Replace them if you notice significant wear, loss of support, or if they no longer provide adequate pain relief.
