Dr. Martens Madaline Mary Jane Smooth Leather Sling Back Shoes - Black - Size: 5

These shoes are crafted from Dr. Martens' original Polished Smooth leather, known for its smooth finish and durability.

Refer to standard UK women's shoe sizing charts. The product is listed in UK sizes, and the provided size (e.g., Size: 5) corresponds to a UK women's size.

While the leather is durable, it is not fully waterproof. It is recommended to avoid wearing them in heavy rain and to apply a waterproofing spray for added protection.

The Madaline Slingback features a low-profile sole, indicating a minimal heel height that prioritizes comfort and stability over significant elevation.

Condition the leather every 3-6 months, or more often if exposed to harsh conditions, to keep it supple and prevent drying.

The fit can vary. While the straps offer adjustability, the overall width of the shoe may not accommodate very wide feet comfortably without a break-in period.

Please refer to the specific retailer's return policy for information on exchanges or returns due to incorrect sizing.

This is common with new leather shoes. Wear them for short periods initially and gradually increase the duration. Consider using thicker socks during the break-in period or applying a leather conditioner to soften the material.

Minor scuffs can often be buffed out with a soft cloth. For deeper marks, use a black shoe polish that matches the color of the shoes and then buff to a shine.

Adjust the buckles on the ankle straps to find the most comfortable and secure fit. Ensure the straps are not overly tightened, which could restrict circulation.

While Dr. Martens soles offer good grip, some surfaces can be inherently slippery. Ensure the sole is clean and free from debris. If slipperiness persists, consider a sole grip enhancer product.
