Troubleshooting
Duvet cover seems too loose on the insert
Ensure the duvet insert is a standard UK single size (135 x 200 cm); a smaller insert will cause excess fabric.
Fabric feels slightly stiff upon arrival
The manufacturing process can sometimes result in temporary stiffness. One or two cycles in the washing machine will soften the fabric significantly.
