The 5Ft King Gas Lift Up Ottoman Storage Bedframe is designed for homeowners looking to maximize bedroom utility without sacrificing interior design aesthetics. This piece is ideal for individuals or couples who need discreet, voluminous storage for seasonal linens, clothing, or household clutter. No, this is a bed frame only. You will need to provide your own 5Ft King-sized mattress.
The upholstery is high-quality fabric; regular vacuuming and light dusting are recommended. For stains, blot immediately with a soft cloth.
Yes, the gas-lift mechanism is designed for one-person operation, though it is easiest to lift from the center of the footboard.
The storage area features a cloth base lining that prevents items from touching the floor directly.
While there is no specific weight limit provided, it is designed for standard household items like bedding, pillows, and clothing.
Ensure a mattress is placed on the base, as the gas-lift mechanism relies on the weight of the mattress to balance the lifting force.
Check that no items inside the storage area are protruding or obstructing the frame's internal clearance.
Verify that all nuts and bolts in the metal structure are fully tightened and the floor surface is perfectly level.
This bed frame is designed for a standard 5Ft King mattress. Assembly is required upon delivery; it is highly recommended to have two people present during the build process, especially when attaching the gas-lift components. To maintain the upholstery, vacuum the fabric periodically with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot with a clean, dry cloth immediately; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which could damage the fabric texture. Ensure the bed is placed on a flat, level surface to allow the gas-lift mechanism to operate without mechanical stress.
