Troubleshooting

Device is slow or apps are crashing.

Clear app caches (Settings > Apps > Select App > Storage > Clear cache), close unused background apps, and restart your device. Ensure you have sufficient internal storage free (at least 15-20%).

Battery drains faster than expected.

Adjust screen brightness, enable Dark Mode, close apps running in the background, restrict background data for certain apps (Settings > Battery and device care > Battery), and consider using power-saving modes. Review app power usage to identify culprits.

S Pen is not responding or connecting.

Ensure the S Pen is securely inserted into its slot to charge. If unresponsive, try restarting your phone. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Advanced features > S Pen and check settings or reset the S Pen connection.

Camera performance issues (blurry photos, slow launch).

Clean the camera lenses gently with a microfiber cloth. Ensure there's adequate lighting. Clear the Camera app's cache and data (Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage). Restart the device if issues persist.
