While breathable, the Isotex 15000 rating is most suitable for moderate activity levels. For very high-intensity sports, a jacket with a higher breathability rating might be more appropriate.

The jacket is made from 100% polyester Isotex 15000 fabric with a polyester taffeta lining.

The lower patch pockets have flaps to protect their contents from rain, but they are not sealed internal pockets. The internal security pocket is designed to keep items dry.

The hood features drawcords that can be tightened to create a snugger fit around the face, providing better protection against wind and rain.

The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish may have worn off. Clean the jacket thoroughly and re-apply a suitable waterproofing treatment, either a spray or a wash-in product, following the manufacturer's instructions.

Ensure the jacket is clean, as dirt and oils can clog the pores of the fabric. Wash according to care instructions. Check that any inner layers worn are also breathable. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can impair breathability.

Gently clean the affected area with a damp cloth. For zippers, a small amount of wax (like beeswax or a zipper lubricant) can help. Ensure the fabric around the fasteners is not caught.
