The PUMA Eliminate Nitro 4 is a high-performance indoor trainer specifically engineered for athletes requiring agility, stability, and speed on court surfaces. Designed with a regular width and a rounded toe box, these unisex shoes provide a secure, anatomical fit that helps prevent sliding during intense lateral movements. While they excel in competitive indoor environments, users should note that they are optimized for court use and may not provide the same durability if frequently used on abrasive outdoor surfaces like asphalt.

No, the Eliminate Nitro 4 is designed specifically for indoor court activities. Using them outdoors will rapidly wear down the specialized grip pattern on the outsole.
Yes, they are designed as unisex footwear, though it is recommended to check the specific size guide to ensure the conversion between UK and other sizing standards meets your needs.
Regularly wipe the bottoms with a damp cloth after play to remove court dust, and avoid wearing them anywhere outside the facility.
The trainers feature a structured midsole that provides moderate arch support suitable for most neutral foot types.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If they are damp from perspiration, loosen the laces and pull the tongue forward to allow them to air dry naturally.
Ensure the laces are tightened specifically through the midfoot lockdown zones rather than just at the top of the shoe.
Wipe the outsole with a slightly damp cloth to remove accumulated dust or debris that may be obstructing the grip pattern.
Consider using thinner athletic socks to increase interior volume or adjust the lace tension to favor the forefoot.
To get the best performance, ensure the laces are tightened starting from the bottom eyelets to distribute pressure evenly across the midfoot. These trainers should be kept exclusively for indoor surfaces to preserve the life of the outsole tread. To clean, remove loose debris with a soft-bristled brush and wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Never machine wash or tumble dry your trainers, as high heat can compromise the adhesive bonds and the integrity of the foam cushioning.
