The Ezysleep Halo 30cm Memory Foam Mattress is designed for sleepers seeking a balance of luxury cushioning and orthopedic support, making it an ideal choice for back, side, and front sleepers alike. Its primary benefit lies in the responsive memory foam construction that effectively contours to the body to relieve pressure points while simultaneously minimizing motion transfer for undisturbed rest. Note that due to its substantial 30cm depth and memory foam density, the mattress provides a firmer, supportive feel compared to traditional spring alternatives which may require an adjustment period for those accustomed to different surfaces.

No, the Halo is a one-sided design. You should rotate it from head-to-toe every 3 months to promote even wear.
While the foam is flexible, it is recommended to check that your specific base is compatible with 30cm depth foam mattresses.
The Halo is designed for healthy spinal alignment, which can help alleviate discomfort caused by poor posture, but results vary by individual needs.
Spot clean the surface with a mild detergent and a damp cloth; avoid soaking the foam core directly.
A solid platform base or a slatted frame with narrow gaps (maximum 7cm) is ideal to prevent the foam from pushing through the gaps.
Memory foam requires time to adapt to your body heat and pressure; use the mattress consistently for 2–3 weeks to allow the materials to soften.
This is normal 'body signature' and is expected as the foam contours to you. Regular rotation will help distribute the material evenly.
Ensure you are using breathable cotton or bamboo sheets and that the room is well-ventilated to assist the quilted cover's airflow.
To ensure the longevity of your Ezysleep Halo, place it on a flat, solid foundation or a slatted base with slats no more than 7cm apart to prevent sagging. Upon unboxing, allow the mattress 24 to 48 hours to fully expand to its 30cm depth in a well-ventilated room. For care, use a mattress protector to keep the quilted cover clean and free of spills. While the mattress is designed to be one-sided, rotating it 180 degrees every three months will help ensure even wear and extend the lifespan of the memory foam.
