FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the 'small' seat pads?
The exact dimensions are approximately 15 inches by 15 inches, designed for smaller chair seats.
Are these seat pads waterproof?
These seat pads are designed for comfort and are not waterproof. They should be protected from prolonged exposure to heavy rain or moisture.
Can I machine wash these seat pads?
It is recommended to spot clean these seat pads with a damp cloth and mild soap. Machine washing may damage the padding and fabric.
How many seat pads are included in a set?
Each set includes two (2) seat pads.
What material is used for the seat pads?
The seat pads feature a durable fabric exterior with plush padding inside.
Will the blue colour fade in sunlight?
While designed for general use, prolonged direct sunlight may cause colours to fade over time. It's advisable to rotate their use or bring them indoors when not in use during intense sun exposure.
Troubleshooting
Seat pad slides around
Ensure the chair seat is clean and dry. If the issue persists, consider using a non-slip rug underlay or fabric non-slip strips on the underside of the seat pad.
Padding feels too firm initially
The padding may need a short break-in period. Sit on the pads regularly to help them conform to your shape.
Fabric appears creased after unpacking
Allow the seat pad to sit flat for a few hours; the creases should naturally fall out. Gentle steaming from a distance can also help, but avoid direct heat.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Simply place the seat pads on your desired chairs. The pads are designed to stay in place through normal use, but for added security on certain chair types, consider using non-slip pads or ties if your chairs have them.
Compatibility: These are small seat pads, best suited for chairs with seat dimensions up to approximately 15x15 inches. They are ideal for dining chairs, kitchen chairs, and smaller garden chairs. They may not fit larger chairs or chairs with significantly wide seats.
Care: To clean, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, as this can damage the padding and fabric. Allow to air dry completely.
