Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Adjust Fit: Gently pull the telescopic arms on the headband to extend or retract the earcups to fit your child's head. The goal is a snug but comfortable fit, ensuring the earcups fully cover the ears.
- Initial Loosening (Optional): If the ear defenders feel too tight for your child, you can stretch the headband by placing them over a box or similar object for 1-2 days. This will help loosen the clamping force without compromising noise isolation.
Compatibility:
These ear defenders are designed for children and are compatible with a wide range of head sizes due to their adjustable headband. They are suitable for everyday use in various noisy environments.
Care:
- Cleaning Earcups: Wipe the ear cushions and exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the materials.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the ear defenders compactly for easy storage in a bag or backpack. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Headband Care: Ensure the telescopic arms move smoothly. If they become stiff, a gentle wipe might be sufficient. Avoid forcing them.
