The New Balance Numeric 480 Trainers are designed for adult skaters and casual wearers who appreciate a blend of 80s-inspired aesthetics and modern performance technology. These shoes provide excellent impact protection and comfort for daily use, though users should be aware that the sizing runs small, necessitating a half-size increase for a proper fit. Featuring durable suede uppers and high-energy midsole tech, these trainers offer a versatile solution for both the skate park and the street.

No, the New Balance Numeric 480 runs small. We recommend ordering a half-size larger than your standard size.
Yes, the Numeric 480 is specifically engineered for skating with a reinforced toe cap and impact-absorbing materials.
Use a dry suede brush to remove dirt. Avoid washing machines or soaking them in water to prevent damage to the suede texture.
The Abzorb insole provides significant cushioning and impact protection, which contributes to a stable base for the foot.
Given that they run small, individuals with wider feet may find it necessary to size up by a full size rather than a half-size for comfort.
The shoe runs small; if breaking them in does not work, use a thinner insole or ensure you have sized up by a half-size.
Use a specialized dry suede brush to gently lift the nap and remove surface dust.
Ensure the laces are threaded through the center loop on the tongue to keep it properly anchored.
Because the Numeric 480 runs small, verify your UK size against your standard footwear before purchase; consider opting for a half-size larger. To maintain the integrity of the suede upper, avoid harsh chemicals or excessive water submersion. Use a dedicated suede brush to remove loose dirt after use. If the shoes get wet, air-dry them away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can cause the suede to stiffen or shrink. Regularly check the laces and ensure the interior mesh tongue remains free of debris to prevent irritation.
