The Skechers Graceful Get Connected trainers are designed for active adults seeking a blend of athletic performance and daily comfort. These lightweight sneakers feature a signature memory foam insole and breathable mesh construction that provides excellent cushioning for walking or gym workouts. Yes, they generally fit according to standard UK sizing for adults.
No, you should always air dry your Skechers to prevent heat damage to the memory foam and materials.
These are categorized as athletic sporty training sneakers, best suited for light exercise, walking, and casual use rather than long-distance high-intensity running.
The memory foam insole provides soft, contoured support suitable for most casual users, though it is not a rigid medical orthotic.
Wash them only as needed, using a gentle cycle and mild detergent to prolong the life of the fabric and cushioning.
Feet often swell during exercise; try loosening the laces at the midfoot to allow for more volume.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dirt or place them in a laundry bag for a machine wash cycle.
Remove the insole and allow it to air out for 24 hours, or replace with a third-party orthotic if necessary.
These trainers are designed for a standard lace-up fit. To ensure optimal performance, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preference upon first use to allow for consistent lockdown across the midfoot. Regarding care, these shoes are machine washable. It is recommended to wash them on a gentle, cool cycle with mild detergent. Remove the laces and insole if possible before washing to prevent snagging. Always air dry your trainers away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to preserve the integrity of the foam insole and adhesive bonds.
