FAQs
Does this scale need a special surface to work properly?
Yes, for maximum accuracy, always use the scale on a hard, flat surface like tile, wood, or linoleum. Avoid carpet or uneven flooring.
How do I toggle between kilograms and pounds?
Check the underside of the scale; there is typically a button or switch near the battery compartment to toggle measurement units.
Can I use this scale if I weigh over 150kg?
Yes, this scale has a maximum weight capacity of 180kg.
How often should I change the batteries?
Battery life depends on frequency of use, but with standard usage, they should last several months. Replace them if the display appears dim.
Is the platform waterproof?
The platform is water-resistant to dampness, but it should never be submerged in water or cleaned with running water.
Does it save my previous weight history?
No, this is a standard digital scale designed for immediate weight readings and does not store personal data or tracking history.
Troubleshooting
Scale display shows incorrect weight or fluctuates
Ensure the scale is on a flat, hard, and stable surface. Soft flooring like carpet will cause inaccurate readings.
The screen does not light up when stepping on
Check that the batteries are installed correctly and that the contact points are clean. Replace with fresh batteries if necessary.
Scale shows an error message
Step off the scale and wait for it to turn off completely, then step back on to reset the sensors.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the scale is straightforward: install the batteries according to the instructions, place the unit on a flat, solid surface, and it is ready to use immediately. Compatibility is universal as it does not require external app connectivity. To care for your scale, wipe the glass platform regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust and smudges. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals which may scratch the surface or damage the integrated electronics. Ensure the battery compartment is kept dry to prevent internal corrosion.
