The Regatta Frankie Borg Fleece is an ideal choice for adults seeking reliable warmth and everyday comfort during cooler weather. Crafted from soft, insulating polyester borg fleece, this full-zip jacket excels as a versatile layering piece for commutes, weekend errands, or casual lounging. While it offers excellent thermal properties and a cozy feel, users should note that as a fleece material, it is best suited for dry, chilly conditions rather than heavy rain, as it lacks waterproof technical ratings.

No, the Regatta Frankie Borg Fleece is designed for warmth and insulation in dry, cool conditions and is not waterproof.
Yes, its low-profile full-zip design makes it an excellent mid-layer for use under a waterproof outer shell.
It is constructed from 100% polyester, specifically a soft borg fleece fabric.
Wash on a cool, gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softeners and high-heat drying to preserve the life of the fibers.
Yes, it features two lower zipped pockets to securely store your personal belongings.
The hem, cuffs, and collar feature stretch binding, which provides a comfortable, secure fit without the need for manual drawstrings.
Pilling is common with synthetic fleeces. Use a fabric shaver or a dedicated pilling comb to gently remove surface buildup without damaging the material.
Lightly mist the fleece with water or use a dedicated anti-static spray. Avoid synthetic-heavy layers underneath.
Gently shake the garment after washing and ensure it is air-dried. Avoid over-washing and high-heat drying, which can flatten the pile.
To ensure your Frankie Borg Fleece maintains its loft and insulating properties, always follow the care label instructions. Typically, polyester fleeces should be machine washed on a cool, gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and reduce the material's breathability and moisture-wicking capabilities. For drying, it is recommended to air dry the garment flat or on a hanger; avoid high-heat tumble drying, as this can degrade the synthetic fibers and shrink the garment. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent compression of the borg pile.
