FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
While some Skechers models are machine washable, it is recommended to spot clean these knit trainers first to preserve the cushioning properties of the Memory Foam.
Are these suitable for running?
No, these are casual lifestyle trainers and do not contain the structural support needed for running or high-impact athletic activity.
Does the BOBS collection help animals?
Yes, part of the proceeds from every purchase of BOBS from Skechers goes towards helping save the lives of pets in need.
Is the material waterproof?
No, the engineered knit upper is breathable and will allow water to pass through. They are best suited for dry weather conditions.
Do I need to break these in?
The Memory Foam insole provides comfort almost immediately, though the knit upper will naturally flex and conform closer to your foot shape after a few wears.
Can I replace the insole?
The Memory Foam insole is generally intended to stay within the shoe. Attempting to remove it may damage the lining.
Troubleshooting
Knit upper feels slightly loose or tight
Adjust the lace-up closure. Since the material is engineered knit, a tighter knot can significantly impact the overall hold on the foot.
Insole feels less supportive after extended use
Memory foam can compress over time. Allow the shoes to air out for 24 hours between wears to help the foam regain some of its loft.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Skechers BOBS Sport B Lite trainers last, follow these care guidelines:
- Initial Setup: Ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension before your first wear to avoid unnecessary pressure on the arch.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dust or dry mud from the knit material. For deeper cleaning, spot clean with a mild soap and cold water. Avoid soaking the shoes completely to maintain the integrity of the memory foam.
- Drying: Always air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials.
- Storage: Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the knit uppers to maintain their shape.
