You will need to indicate whether your provided size is for an 'Inside Recess', 'Outside Recess', or 'Fabric size' when ordering. Please ensure your measurements are precise.

No, unfortunately, we do not alter the drop length of our blinds. It is crucial to provide accurate measurements during the ordering process.

Daylight filtering means the blind allows natural light to pass through, illuminating the room while offering a degree of privacy. It does not provide complete blackout.

Gently dust the fabric regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For minor spots, use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.

The chrome finish is designed to be durable. Standard care should be taken to avoid excessive moisture exposure, which could impact any metal finish over time.

This specific model is available in various colors, including Brown, Blue, Aubergine, and White, in addition to Fuchsia.

Check for any obstructions in the track or mechanism. Ensure the blind is not caught on the window frame. If the issue persists, the internal mechanism may require adjustment or professional assessment.

Allow the blind to hang fully for a few days; creases often fall out over time. You can also try gently steaming the fabric from a distance (do not touch the fabric with the iron) or using a slightly damp cloth.

Double-check your original order specifications. If there was an error in measuring, unfortunately, the drop length cannot be altered. If the blind was manufactured to incorrect dimensions as per your order, contact customer support.
