FAQs

How do I clean the limescale filter?

How often should I descale the kettle?

Descale the kettle every 1-3 months, depending on the water hardness in your area.

What should I do if the kettle switches off before boiling?

Make sure there is enough water in the kettle and that the lid is properly closed. The auto shut-off function may activate if the kettle is empty or the lid isn't secure.

Can I boil the kettle without the filter?
