FAQs
Does this parasol come with a base?
No, the base is sold separately.
Is the fabric waterproof?
The canopy is made of recycled polyester which is UV-resistant, but it is not intended for heavy rain protection.
How do I store the parasol during winter?
Clean and dry the canopy completely, then place it inside the included storage cover and store in a dry, shaded area.
Can I leave the parasol open in the wind?
It is highly recommended to close the parasol during windy conditions to prevent damage to the wood pole and canopy.
How do I clean the wooden pole?
Wipe with a damp cloth and periodically apply wood polish or oil to maintain the finish.
Troubleshooting
The parasol leans to one side
Ensure the parasol base is on perfectly flat ground and check that the pole is fully inserted into the base stand.
Tilt mechanism feels stiff
Check the hinge for debris or sand and apply a light silicone-based lubricant if the movement remains restricted.
Canopy is not opening smoothly
Check that the canopy fabric is not caught in the metal ribs and ensure the runner is moving freely along the central pole.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your parasol, ensure you have a compatible parasol base with a diameter opening that matches the pole size. Insert the pole firmly into the base and tighten the locking screw if provided. For care, keep the canopy clean by gently brushing off dry dirt or using a mild soap solution for stains. During heavy rain or winter months, use the provided cover to shield the canopy from moisture. Periodically treat the beech wood pole with a wood-protecting oil or varnish to prevent cracking or discoloration caused by prolonged UV exposure or humidity.
