Troubleshooting

Ottoman lift is stiff or difficult to open/close

Ensure the mattress is evenly placed and not obstructing the mechanism. Check for any debris caught in the lift arms. Verify that all frame components are securely assembled.

Bed frame squeaks or rattles

Check that all bolts and screws are fully tightened. Ensure the wooden slats are properly seated and not loose. Verify the mattress is not shifting excessively.

Ottoman storage compartment does not close fully

Confirm that items stored inside are not preventing the lid from closing. Ensure the mattress is correctly positioned on the frame and not interfering with the closing action.
