These Under Armour Ascend AL trainers are designed for young female athletes looking for comfortable and durable footwear for training. Their key benefit is the ease of use with stretch bungee laces, allowing for quick on-and-off. A potential caveat is that while designed for durability, they may not be suitable for high-impact or prolonged rugged use. The trainers feature a breathable mesh upper, midfoot overlays, a plush sockliner for comfort, and an EVA midsole for responsive cushioning.

Ensure the foot is inserted fully and try wiggling the foot gently. If the shoe is too small, consider a larger size.

Remove insoles if possible and air the shoes out completely. Use a shoe deodorizer or baking soda inside the shoes overnight.
While designed for ease, the stretch bungee laces offer limited adjustability. Ensure the correct size is chosen for a snug fit.
