Yes, the Gripknit technology is specifically designed to maintain a consistent level of ball control even in damp or wet conditions.
These boots are engineered for firm natural grass. Using them on high-abrasion artificial surfaces may void the warranty or cause premature wear.
Gently scrub with a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and a mild non-abrasive detergent, then wipe clean and air dry.
Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the upper materials and glues from degrading over time.
The boot features a high-performance leather-woven upper integrated with Nike's proprietary Gripknit technology.
Leather components require a break-in period; wear them for short training sessions to allow the material to naturally contour to your foot shape.
Use a specialized plastic or soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud from between the studs after every game to maintain traction.
To ensure peak performance, it is vital to select the correct size; the Phantom GX Elite should provide a snug, locked-in fit without being restrictive. These boots are designed for firm ground (FG) use; using them on artificial turf or hard concrete can lead to accelerated wear of the studs. After each match, clear away excess mud or debris using a soft brush. Wipe the leather-woven surface with a slightly damp cloth to remove acidic soil, and allow the boots to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent material cracking or stiffness.
