The TOG24 'Cleadon' Padded Jacket is designed for adult women seeking a blend of warmth, style, and versatility for everyday wear and travel. Its key benefit lies in its lightweight insulation and weather-resistant properties, making it a practical choice for unpredictable conditions. A minor caveat is its suitability for light rain only due to its DWR coating. This jacket features soft onion baffle quilting, a flattering A-line cut, and is part of a customizable series, allowing it to layer under other TOG24 coats.

Its primary purpose is to provide lightweight warmth and protection from wind and light rain, suitable for everyday wear, travel, and as a layering piece.
No, the jacket has a DWR coating which makes it water-resistant for light rain, but it is not fully waterproof. For heavy rain, a dedicated waterproof jacket is recommended.
The 'Cleadon' jacket is designed to integrate with specific TOG24 coats like the Remi or Shea using hidden press studs, allowing for a secure and streamlined layering system.
The outer shell is 100% Polyamide, while the lining and fill are 100% Polyester.
On its own, it's best suited for mild to cool conditions. For very cold weather, it functions excellently as a warm insulating layer beneath a more protective outer jacket.
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Use a mild detergent and tumble dry on a low heat setting. Do not bleach or iron.
An A-line cut is wider at the hem than at the shoulders, creating a silhouette that resembles the letter 'A'. This typically offers a comfortable, flattering fit that drapes away from the body.
The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating is designed for light rain. For heavier or prolonged rain, consider layering with a waterproof outer shell. Ensure the jacket is fully dry before storing.
Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper. If the zipper feels stiff, a small amount of graphite (from a pencil) or a silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the teeth. Clean any debris from the zipper track.
Ensure the jacket is completely dry, ideally by tumble drying on a low heat setting with clean tennis balls to help restore loft to the insulation. Avoid harsh detergents or fabric softeners which can degrade the fill.
Setup: This is a ready-to-wear garment. No setup is required. Ensure the size is correct for optimal comfort and layering.
Compatibility: The jacket is part of TOG24's customisable series and can be layered under the Remi or Shea coats using the integrated hidden press studs. It is designed for adult women.
