The Emile Henry burgundy large pizza stone allows you to make your own crispy golden pizza at home. For the best results, preheat the pizza stone for an even cooking surface. The ridged on the stone prevent sticking and the integrated handles allow the pizza stone to be moved easily. Beautifully glazed in a burgundy finish, the Emile Henry pizza stone is made in France and is complete with a 10 year warranty. The burgundy pizza stone materials are free from lead, cadmium and nickel. Dimensions: Height: 3cm. Depth: 2.5cm. Length/Width: 37 x 39.5cm (including handles) Suitable for use on a barbecue, both gas and charcoal plus suitable for oven, microwave and dishwasher cleaning withstanding temperatures of -20°C to 450°C.
