The cow suede upper is treated for water and stain resistance, meaning it will repel light moisture and spills. However, these boots are not fully waterproof and are not designed for prolonged exposure to heavy rain or deep snow. For best longevity, avoid saturating them.
To maintain the freshness and warmth of the sheepskin wool, regularly air out your boots after wear. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth with a small amount of mild, wool-safe detergent. Gently dab the affected area and allow to air dry away from direct heat.
No, standard shoe polish is not suitable for suede. You should use products specifically designed for suede care, such as a suede protector spray before first wear, and a suede brush and cleaner for maintenance. Always follow the product manufacturer's instructions.
The EVA sole features a slip-resistant design, offering improved traction and stability on various surfaces, including damp or slightly slick conditions. However, always exercise caution on extremely slippery surfaces, as no sole can guarantee absolute slip prevention.
Yes, with their genuine sheepskin wool lining and insole providing cushioning and warmth, and a lightweight EVA sole for shock absorption, these boots are designed for comfortable all-day wear, making them ideal for daily use in colder climates.
Based on standard sizing, these boots typically run true to size. If you usually wear a half size, it's generally recommended to size up for optimal comfort, especially if you plan to wear thicker socks. Info needed: (specific sizing recommendations from manufacturer if available)
For light dirt, use a suede brush. For tougher stains, use a specialized suede cleaner according to its instructions. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
Allow the boots to air out completely after each wear. The sheepskin wool can be refreshed by airing; if needed, gently wipe the lining with a damp cloth and mild wool-safe detergent, then air dry.
While resistant, heavy water can leave marks. Dampen the entire suede surface evenly with a clean, damp cloth (do not soak), then stuff with paper and air dry. Once completely dry, brush with a suede brush to restore the nap.
Ensure the outsole is clean of mud, dirt, or debris, as this can reduce slip resistance. For persistent issues, inspect the tread for excessive wear, which may indicate it's time to consider professional resoling.
