Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing for adults.
While durable, they are made of leather and are not waterproof. It is best to avoid heavy rain to protect the longevity of the leather weave.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dust from between the weaves, then wipe clean with a dry cloth.
As a classic ballet pump, it provides basic support for daily wear but does not feature specialized orthopedic arch support.
The standard fit is designed for average width, but the flexible nature of the weave may provide more comfort than rigid leather shoes.
Leather naturally stretches slightly with wear. Try wearing them for short intervals around the house with thin socks to ease the fit.
This may be dried salt or moisture. Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and buff with a dry leather polishing cloth.
These pumps are ready for wear right out of the box, though wearing them indoors for short periods can help the leather adapt to your foot shape. To maintain the integrity of the woven leather, store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris after each wear. If the shoes become damp, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the leather to stiffen or crack. For optimal longevity, consider using a leather conditioner specifically formulated for fine footwear to keep the material supple.
