While inspired by performance running silhouettes, the 2002R is designed primarily for casual, everyday lifestyle wear.
Use a suede brush or a dedicated suede eraser for dry stains. Do not submerge the shoes in water or use harsh detergents.
Yes, they generally align with standard adult UK sizing, but we recommend measuring your feet if you are between sizes.
No, the suede and textile components are not waterproof. Use a water-repellent spray to offer a level of protection against light moisture.
Yes, the internal insoles can typically be removed if you prefer to swap them out for custom orthotics.
Like all dyed suede, colors can fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. Store them in a cool, dark place when not in use.
Use a specialized suede brush to gently buff away dry dirt or marks in a single direction.
Ensure the laces are threaded tightly through the eyelets and consider a double knot if the lace material is slippery.
Check the interior sockliner; if it has compressed, replacing the insole with a third-party arch-support version can restore comfort.
Getting the most out of your 2002R trainers involves minimal setup beyond lacing them for your preferred tension. To ensure compatibility, verify your UK size against the standard fit of these shoes, as they follow adult sizing conventions. For care, it is essential to use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dirt from the suede panels. Avoid exposing the shoes to excessive water; if they do get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the material. We recommend using a suede-specific protective spray before initial wear to repel liquids and stains.
