Product Information
Full details
This Beldray Long Handled Dustpan & Brush is designed for individuals seeking an easier and more comfortable way to clean floors, especially those who experience discomfort from bending. Its key benefit is the extended, adjustable handle that significantly reduces strain during sweeping. A potential consideration is its effectiveness on very fine, embedded dust, although the rubber lip aims to mitigate this. The product features an adjustable handle, an efficient dustpan with a rubber lip, durable bristles, and a clip-together design for storage.

How do I store the dustpan and brush?
The dustpan and brush are designed to clip together for neat, upright, and space-saving storage.
Is the rubber lip on the dustpan replaceable?
The rubber lip is integrated into the dustpan design and is not designed to be a user-replaceable part.
What material are the bristles made of?
The bristles are made of durable material, designed to be tough on dirt yet gentle on floors.
How do I clean the dustpan and brush?
Wipe the dustpan with a damp cloth. Rinse the brush bristles under water and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh detergents.
Troubleshooting
Handle doesn't stay at the set length
Ensure the telescopic sections are fully extended or retracted and the locking mechanism is securely engaged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Dust escapes the dustpan during sweeping
Ensure the rubber lip is making full contact with the floor. Sweep with gentle, controlled motions. For very fine dust, a quick brush over the area before using the dustpan may help.
Bristles are not collecting dirt effectively
Check for any debris stuck within the bristles. Rinse the bristles clean. Ensure you are sweeping in the correct direction for your floor type and the nature of the debris.
