Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack all components and ensure nothing is damaged.
- Attach the desired floor head or tool to the extension tube.
- Insert the extension tube into the main vacuum hose.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
Compatibility:
This vacuum is designed for use on various household floor types including carpets, rugs, laminate, tile, and wood. It is compatible with standard UK mains power. Ensure you use the correct voltage.
Care:
- Dust Container: Empty the 2L dust container regularly, especially when it reaches the 'MAX' line. Detach the container, open the lid, and dispose of the contents. Rinse if necessary and ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
- HEPA Filter: The vacuum includes a washable HEPA filter. Remove the filter according to the manufacturer's instructions, wash it under running water, and allow it to air dry completely (at least 24 hours) before reinstalling. Replace the spare HEPA filter when the primary one is being cleaned or when it shows signs of wear.
- Brushes and Airways: Periodically check the floor head brushes and vacuum airways for any blockages. Remove tangled hair or debris gently.
- Exterior: Wipe down the exterior of the vacuum with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
