Yes, the ZeroG lightweight technology and memory foam cushioning are specifically designed to reduce fatigue, making them great for moderate walking.
While the finish is high quality, you should avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure and use leather cleaners specifically designed for colored leather.
The wide fit offers extra room across the forefoot, which is ideal if you typically find standard loafers restrictive or tight.
If you experience pinching or discomfort across the widest part of your foot in standard shoes, the Ginny wide fit version is likely the correct choice.
The insoles are integrated into the comfort design of the shoe. Replacing them may alter the fit and support characteristics.
Leather will naturally stretch and mold to your foot shape over the first few uses. Wear them for short durations indoors to break them in.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dirt from the texture of the outsole.
Insert shoe trees when not in use to help the leather maintain its shape and minimize deep creases.
Because these are slip-on loafers, no special setup is required; however, we recommend using a shoe horn when first wearing them to preserve the integrity of the heel counter. For leather maintenance, use a soft, dry cloth to remove daily dust. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent the leather from cracking. Periodically applying a leather conditioner will keep the material supple and help maintain the vibrancy of the purple finish.
