FAQs

What occasions is this dress suitable for?

This dress is ideal for formal events such as weddings, galas, cocktail parties, award ceremonies, and upscale birthday celebrations.

Does the foil material snag easily?

The foil material can be delicate. It is advisable to be cautious around rough surfaces and sharp objects to prevent snagging.

How should I clean this dress?

To preserve the foil finish, we recommend hand washing in cold water or professional dry cleaning. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying.

Is the fit true to size?

The dress is designed for a second-skin fit with stretch. It is recommended to consult the size chart and choose the size that aligns with your measurements for the intended fit.

Can the neckline be adjusted?

The halterneck is fixed and cannot be adjusted. The plunging nature is a key design element of the dress.

What type of undergarments are best with the open back?

Low-back or seamless adhesive bras are typically recommended to maintain the clean lines of the open-back design.

Troubleshooting

Foil finish appears dull or scratched

Ensure the dress has not been subjected to excessive friction or harsh cleaning. Professional dry cleaning is recommended for restoring the sheen.

Dress feels restrictive despite stretch fabric

Verify the correct size has been chosen. The gathered empire waist and fitted silhouette are designed for a specific fit; ensure no alterations have been made that impede movement.

Creasing in the foil material

Hang the dress and allow creases to fall out naturally. If necessary, iron on the lowest setting with a protective cloth, focusing on the reverse side of the fabric.
